The NYC & Tri-State Area Clemson Club, was organized in 2003 by one person’s drive to create an outlet for Tiger Fans in the NYC & Tri-State Area. It all started with the use of a simple mailing list and the Clemson University Alumni Association website. Over the years we have evolved from the mailing list to a full service website, facebook page, mailing list and a twitter account to help keep our members and alumni informed.
We have created a community that has provided an outlet for Tiger Fans to enjoy athletic viewing parties, cultural and community service events, social networking and creating a smaller sense of community in big New York City and the Tri-State Area.
As we have grown over the past years, we now have volunteers acting as Young Alumni Representatives and a Woman’s Alumni Council Representative to provide even more opportunities for you to stay connected with Clemson.
The NYC & Tri-State Area Clemson Club serves as the Clemson University Alumni Chapter for the Greater New York City area, New York State, New Jersey & Connecticut. Building on our growth in numbers and involvement, we strive to provide social, networking and community service opportunities for Tiger alumni and friends of Clemson University. Whether it be watching a Clemson football victory, volunteering at a local charity or simply meeting fellow Tigers and creating new friendships, the chapter organizes opportunities for alumni to meet, network and have fun.
The NYC & Tri-State Area Clemson Club could not be a successful organization without the hardwork and dedication of a group of talented individuals behind it.
